The Dedicated Strategic Resource model (DSR) gives our clients onsite access to senior-level thinking at a fraction of the cost of adding a new employee. Clients gain access to an outsourced marketing executive who understands their business and helps them strategically identify, generate, and evaluate the most effective marketing and communications initiatives for their company.
The DSR model can be adapted to fit many situations:
- You may need a senior marketing executive to work on an interim basis, while you conduct a search for a permanent replacement to a recently vacated senior marketing position.
- You may need to replace existing staff, short-term, during an extended leave of absence.
- You may need to supplement a highly capable staff, to address a special project.
- You may only be able to afford a mid-level employee, though your needs require higher level thinking.
- Or perhaps your organization doesn’t have a senior marketing executive position, but you would like access to senior-level marketing direction and experience.
The DSR model can be configured part-time (for short or long periods), or full-time (for a short period or single project).
Typical DSR Arrangement
A typical DSR arrangement may include weekly strategic calls, one or more on-site days each month, and unlimited access via phone and email. The DSR model offers clients the advantage of having a senior level marketing person available to answer questions, weigh in on ideas and provide feedback without the expense of office space or benefits. Any separate projects that we identify together (such as building an internal training program or creating a specific promotional campaign) are discussed and priced individually. We also can make connections to production sources, when needed. DSR fees start well below the cost of hiring a junior-level marketing person, internally.
