MarketPoint Principal Laura Pasternak will be a featured panelist at the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) event, Iron Marketer, in New York City, on February 18. The event explores the role of research in developing satisfying business relationships.
Panelists will share their experiences leveraging research to win competitive face-offs, enter new markets, and engage new clients. Afterwards, attendees will split into teams and participate head-to-head in a research competition judged by the panelists. The SMPS event is scheduled from 5:30 to 8:30 PM on Thursday, February 18, at the DORMA Showroom, 1040 Avenue of the Americas. Tickets are $90 at the door.
With more than 25 years of marketing experience, Laura has led marketing initiatives at regional, national and international levels across multiple industries, for clients including American University Beirut (AUB), Bloomberg BNA, the National Archives, Rice University and STUDIOS Architecture. She serves on the boards of the Lyric Foundation, Network 2000, and the AHA’s Go Red for Women Campaign. In 2009 she was a U.S. Corporate Ambassador to Africa for Vital Voices and has served on the Advisory Board for University of Baltimore’s Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation.
